Dr Aggie Zatonska

Atelier's founder and Medical Director is an ENT Surgeon with over 15 years of experience in medical aesthetics. From a very young age, her medical background steered her on the aesthetic path. Sculpture inspires and reflects Dr. Aggie's artistic flair and gentle approach to achieving subtle, natural enhancements. As a trustee member of BCAM's board, Dr. Aggie has been a regular speaker and contributor to numerous media articles. She is frequently invited to provide insight into the latest techniques and trends in aesthetics as a guest expert.

Dr Meriem Martins

With 36 years of clinical experience, including over 15 years in Aesthetics, Dr Meriem Martins is a GMC-registered Cosmetic Doctor and a Full Member of BCAM. Known for her holistic and patient-tailored approach, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve natural-looking results in a safe, effective, and refined way.

Dr Martins works closely with each patient to understand their individual needs, concerns, and aesthetic goals, carefully tailoring every treatment plan to enhance natural beauty, restore harmony, and balance facial proportions.

Dr Stephanie Dixon

Dr Stephanie is a dentist with a special interest in aesthetic medicine. She holds two science degrees, one in Medical Sciences (BSc) and another in Dentistry (BDS). Dr Stephanie carries out facial aesthetic treatments alongside dentistry to artistically sculpt and balance the face. She has built extensive knowledge in non-surgical treatments and skin rejuvenation, her focus is to provide the safest and most effective procedures with natural-looking results.

Anna Mehmet

With over sven years of experience working in beauty and aesthetics, Anna Mehmet is our senior aesthetic practitioner. Anna has been part of the team since late 2019, having completed an NVQ Level 3 & 4 Diploma in Advanced Beauty Therapy & Microblading. As a former high-end hospitality professional, she brings strong teamwork skills, resiliency, and attention to detail to the clinic which are essential to its continued success.

Monika Mazurkiewicz

With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Monika is a dedicated and highly skilled aesthetic practitioner committed to enhancing each patient's physical appearance and self-confidence. Guided by her motto, 'My goal is to make you feel truly special; every woman has her own beauty, and I'm here to help it shine through,' Monika approaches each client with a unique blend of expertise and empathy. Joining the team in late 2023, she brings fresh knowledge and enthusiasm, backed by her NVQ Level 3 & 4 Diploma in Advanced Beauty Therapy.

Filipia Roibu

Filipia is an NVQ Level 3 & 4 Beauty Therapist with a genuine passion for skin transformation and patient wellbeing. Bringing a naturally warm energy and meticulous attention to detail, she creates a treatment experience that feels both results-driven and deeply personal, helping patients feel instantly at ease while delivering elevated standards of care.
Her expanding treatment portfolio includes Hydrafacial, SkinPen, Sofwave, LPG, Laser Hair Removal, IPL, and RedTouch Laser. With a strong interest in advanced aesthetic technologies and ongoing professional development, Filipia focuses on improving overall skin quality, restoring radiance, and helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin through tailored and progressive treatment plans.

Polina Dimitrov

Polina Dimitrov is our Clinic Coordinator and Brand Marketing Lead, bringing over 23 years of customer service expertise, including a decade as Spa Manager at an exclusive private members' club. She is also a certified specialist in holistic therapies and nutrition, with seven years of experience in the field. Since 2020, Polina has worked closely with the Medical Director and Operations Manager to ensure exceptional patient satisfaction and engagement.

Agnieszka Magiera

Agnieszka Magiera has worked in front of the house for over 14 years, including 11 years for an exclusive private members club. Aga's fun personality paired with her dedication to customer satisfaction makes her an invaluable member of the team.

Eve Hollick

Eve Hollick is a highly experienced therapist with 21 years in the Health & Beauty industry. She has spent 15 of those years working front-of-house at an exclusive private members' club, where her passion for people and natural warmth created a welcoming and professional environment. Eve thrives in customer-facing roles, and her friendly, positive attitude makes every guest's experience at the clinic feel personal and enjoyable.

Theresa Candolo

Theresa Candolo is our Operations Manager with 20 years of experience and a proven record of success across the Medical Aesthetic Industry. Theresa's managerial record includes transforming operations, controlling commercial performance, developing teams, and growing sales/revenue across all areas of the business. A ‘hands-on' leader able to achieve excellence from employees and generate new opportunities.
